Since January 1, 2023, the revised JStG (Annual Tax Act) has come into force.
The included decree defines the VAT exemption (0% VAT) for electricity generation and storage solutions for private or partially public use.
The following requirements must also be met:

- Gesamtleistung der Anlage liegt unter 30 kWp
