Violations will result in immediate action, including content removal, account suspensions, and reporting to relevant authorities.
2. Definitions
Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) refers to content or behavior that sexualizes minors, depicts/suggests sexual acts, promotes grooming or manipulation of minors, or involves the dissemination, creation, or viewing of abuse imagery.
Grooming encompasses actions intended to build trust with minors to prepare for sexual contact, the sharing of sexualized content, or other forms of exploitation.
3. Prohibited Content & Conduct
- Uploading, sharing, soliciting, or possessing CSAE content (image, video, text, audio, generative media).
- Sexualized depiction of minors, including fictional or AI-generated content.
- Contacting minors for sexual purposes, explicit or implicit sexual communication, extortion, exploitation, harassment.
- Any attempts to organize, promote, or conceal CSAE activities.
Note: Even attempting to request or exchange such content violates this policy.
4. Prevention & Protection Measures
A. Moderation
- Combination of automated signals and manual review by trained moderators.
- Prioritization of all CSAE signals for accelerated decisions.
B. Community Guidelines
- Clear, in-app visible rules and prompts when creating content or reporting.
- Enforcement via graduated measures up to permanent suspension.
C. Age & Safety Controls
- Age-dependent feature restrictions (where relevant).
- Prevention notices and safety warnings in sensitive areas of the app.
D. Training & Quality Assurance
